Thick, dark, natural honey from Lazio, Italy.  Bees collect nectars from sweet chestnut flowers to make a dark liquid honey with a sophisticated, slightly amaro taste. This popular luscious, deep amber honey is often enjoyed drizzled on desserts or with a slice of Pecorino cheese. It remains liquid all year round.
