Tracklements Beetroot and Horseradish Sauce

Inspired by a traditional Jewish condiment called Chraine, this is a sparky palate-cleanser with a pleasing, earthy sweetness. Peps up roast beef and pastrami sarnies and works a treat with smoked fish and is Vegan too.
