The Stones family of Highland Fine Cheeses have been making the luxuriously  Strathdon Blue for over sixty years. Rich and creamy with steely tones and delicate notes of spice.  Strathdon Blue is heavily influenced by the French classic Bleu d’Auvergne.  It is made with high-fat milk from local herds of Ayrshire and Friesian cattle which helps advance a rich voluptuous and creamy texture.
