Roche Montagne

Roche Montagne is a delicious cow’s milk blue cheese  from the Puy-de-Dôme in central France, Roche Montagne has a striking white and black ash-covered rind and supple interior with a texture like set custard. The flavour is mild and malty with gentle spicing from the green and blue pockets of mould.
