Prosecco Asolo Superiore DOCG- Prapian Estate – Brut

A superbly refreshing Prosecco. This wine is excellent quality and a perfect aperitif. Green apple aromas and subtle floral notes carry the delicate bubbles across the refreshing palate through to a light, crisp finish. 

The Prapian Estate is located in the heart of the Treviso hills in the foothills of the Dolomites in North East Italy. The estate covers over 45 hectares in the DOCG Valdobbiadene area and 20 hectares in the DOCG Asolo-Nervesa area. It is cultivated organically, and the wines are vinified using organic techniques. Run by Filiberto Sacchetto alongside his son and daughter. The combination of their innovative vision and modern vinification techniques in their state-of- the-art winery, results in this trio of stylish and characterful sparkling wines. 

Summary; A slightly dryer than usual Prosecco, made from the best grapes in the region. Exquisite.
