Tuscan ewes get to enjoy fragrant and aromatic pastures, which produces rich and wholesome milk. The cheese is matured for three to five weeks resulting in a supple texture, with a rich and creamy flavour.

In English Pecorino means ‘of sheep’ whereas Dolce means ‘sweet’ and is the perfect way to describe this delicious young cheese from Tuscany.
