Learn from our partner Sommelier as they take us through the minefield of wine selection for Christmas.
For instance, whilst it is customary to continue with the red wine for the cheese course, why is that the custom?
To follow your celebration feast, Nick, our Affineur, will take you through the process of preparing the perfect cheeseboard and selecting the very best accompaniments.
On arrival, enjoy a glass of fizz as you view our cheese theatre before moving upstairs to our tasting room.
Cheeses are served with a presentation of their history, style, production method and taste. Your Sommelier will discuss the pairing and how to match wine with cheese.
It’s a night designed add fun to the Christmas wine and cheese selection by tasting before you buy.
The start time is 7pm and will run for approximately 90 minutes.
