Domaine Martin – Muscadet Sevre et Maine sur lie

Made with the Melon B grape, this wine comes from the Val de Loire area near the confluence of the rivers Sevre et Maine. The vines are grown with an Atlantic influence and in granite soils. The robe is light and bright, and the winemaking “on lees” reveals harmonious fresh fruit aromas and crisp minerality. “Le Per son Pain” is naturally fruity, elegant and delicate. It pairs perfectly with seafood.

Domaine Martin is a 35 hectare vineyard run by Dominique Martin, the 4th generation of the family business. Like his elders, he uses the latest techniques along with traditional know-how, from vine growing to bottling his main AOC : Muscadet Sèvre et Maine. Sales have been growing in France and internationally since 1952, mainly to professional customers, with the reputation of AOC Muscadet making a return to the serious wine scene thanks to innovation and commitment to the vines and winemaking process.
