Oooh La La! Champagne, Fizz and Artisan Cheese for Valentines Day.
Our partners, Rodney Densem Wines will take you through the A to Z of all things Fizz; from production to storage. Mark (DRW) will explain the subtle differences of terroir and sunshine required to produce the very best Fizz from across Europe.
Our Artisan cheeses are begging to be paired with Sparkling, which goes beautifully with buttery cheese, a number of which form part of the tasting. They are delightful and decadent. The buttery cheese lingers on your palate and the effervescence of the fizz cuts through the creaminess, leaving you with a delicious, well-balanced taste.
It’s a fun evening of learning with plenty of time for questions and answers.
On arrival, enjoy a glass of fizz as you view our cheese theatre before moving upstairs to our tasting room.
Nick will explain the provenance and production of the Artisan Cheese that he has selected to pair with the Fizz. Cheeses are served with a presentation of their history, style, production method and taste.
Mark will take you through the history, production, storage and features of all things Fizz.
The start time is 7pm and will run for approximately 90 minutes.
