Our e-gift voucher has been a real surprise for us. We started issuing them in 2022 and are bought as gifts, thank you’s and corporate awards. We have issued 100s of them to date, to customers around the UK, and we enjoy helping customers spend them by sharing our knowledge of our Artisan cheeses.
There are a full rules designed to keep us all safe from fraudsters.
The e-voucher has a life of 12 months from the date of issue. It should be spent in-store and used for full or part payment of goods and Events. Any credit balance left over will be carried forward. The voucher must be presented to a member of the team at the time of exchange.
You can also phone the shop and order on 01270 620799; between 11:00 and 15:00 Monday to Friday. There are a few questions we will ask you to ensure completeness.
The e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or replaced if lost.
