Made with Goats milk from the herd belonging to John Perkin at Parsonage Farm. Dartington. Totnes, close to the dairy where the milk is turned into cheese. The milk has a light and oaty taste. First produced in the mid 1980s this cheese has a fat content of 48%.
Ingredients: Milk (Cow, Goat, Buffalo or Ewe’s Milk), Salt, Starter Culture, Rennet, Mould Culture.
