Kings Blue is a mild soft, creamy, blue veined white cheese made with traditional and unvarying cheese making methods using pasteurised cows milk, vegetarian rennet and Annato.

Especially created in 2023 for the coronation of King Charles the Third.

Kings Blue is a cylindrical, blue veined soft cheese and is made today by Hartington Creameries in the Deryshire Dales. It is made from cow’s full fat milk from Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire, with a smooth texture and clean, distinctive flavour. It is ready for consumption after three to four weeks of ripening and is known as one of the mildest of British blue cheeses but it still has that wonderful and delicious blue taste.
