Product Description

Moliterno al Tartufo is a medium firm ewe’s milk cheese with a rich infusion of black truffle and matured for up to 12 month to encourage the distinctive flavour.

This raw ewe’s milk cheese infused with fresh black truffles comes from the Italian island of Sardinia. Unlike most truffled cheeses, the truffle paste is infused after Moliterno has been aged so that the cheese develops its own character before the truffles are injected.

This amazing cheese has a rich, nutty flavour that is enhanced by the earthy, musky notes of the truffles.
