Product Description

This sticky, pungent cheese is made by the Claudepierre family high up in the Vosges mountains on their dairy farm of 32 cows. The milk produced is organic and Gerard take care to the cows with passion and attention. Marie Cecile, his wife, is the cheese maker. The rind is sticky with intense orange colour. The texture is very soft and buttery and the paste is yellow cream. The smell is strong and the taste surprisingly delicate and rich in flavours.
