Product Description

A richly tasting Austrian cheese made by Herbert Plangger in the Tyrol region. Each of the cows are fed with natural hay to make the richest milk to produce this cheese. Whilst the cheese matured it is rubbed with mountain herbs and rock salt from the Carpathian Mountains to give it its distinctive taste.
