Tintern is a traditional rich Welsh cheddar cheese infused with onions, fresh chives and shallots contained in a distinctive green wax case. This hard cheese is made from pasteurised cow’s milk. The texture is dense and creamy, while the flavours are tangy, creamy, herbaceous, and slightly sweet.
