Tor is a beautifully crafted fresh lactic goat’s cheese formed into a pyramid shape with a firm texture. This pyramid-shaped soft goats’ cheese with an ash coating is from Somerset’s Whitelake Dairy. and is matured for 2-3 weeks.

It has a unique rind and is lightly coated with ash to add a very subtle peppery undertone along with a combination of lemony flavours and a typical goat’s cheese ‘tang’ making it an attractive and stand-out option for any cheeseboard.
