Wild Garlic Yarg

A delicious cheese from Cornwall with a firm texture.  Wrapped in wild Garlic leaves to give it that distinctive garlic taste. Made by the Lynher Dairy at Pengreep Farm in Cornwall and a derivation of the traditional Cornish Yarg cheese. By the way. It was Alan and Jenny Gray who discovered this recipe. Yarg is the reverse of their surname!
