Wild Garlic Yarg
A delicious cheese from Cornwall with a firm texture. Wrapped in wild Garlic leaves to give it that distinctive garlic taste. Made by the Lynher Dairy at Pengreep Farm in Cornwall and a derivation of the traditional Cornish Yarg cheese. By the way. It was Alan and Jenny Gray who discovered this recipe. Yarg is the reverse of their surname!
Ingredients: Cheese; Milk (Cow, Goat, Buffalo or Ewe’s Milk), Salt, Starter Culture, Bacteria, Rennet, Annatto. Decoration may contain Fruit, Nuts and Foliage.
