Cradoc’s Simple Oats Crackers

This simple Oat-based cracker is great with a glass of milk for supper, it holds up to dips but best of all it pairs well with all cheeses, particularly Gorwydd Caerphilly with its beautiful earthy rind, creamy breakdown and a crumbly lemony centre.

INGREDIENTS: Oats (35%), WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Folic Acid, Thiamine. Raising Agents: Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Salt. May also contain traces of Milk, Soy, Celery Seed, Sulphites, Sesame, Nuts, Peanuts, Mustard and Egg.
