Tracklements Tangy Cumberland Sauce
Invented in the 19th century and supposedly named after the Duke, this rich, fruity sauce miraculously cranks up the savouriness of anything meaty. Excellent with pâtés, terrines and hot ham, and adds gusto to gravy. Tracklements use cider vinegar from the oldest family cider business in Britain, who seriously know their stuff when it comes to producing premium quality. Delicious stirred into a Mojito (or a Cumbajito as we like to call it!) or as a dreamy dipping sauce for halloumi.
Ingredients: Raw Cane Sugar, Gelling Agent: Citrus Pectin, Water, Port, Cider Vinegar, Concentrated Redcurrant Juice, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Concentrated Orange Juice, Orange Zest, Mustard Seed, Ginger, Chillies.
