Our Affineur will want to understand your business and your customers so that he can present to you a bespoke cheese offering that is seasonal and flexible. Working with the Chefs and Artisan Cheese producers, he will select the best cheeses that are ripe for the time of year. He will monitor ‘trends’ to ensure that your cheese board has not only the best Artisan cheeses available but also those congruent with the latest trends. We will portion the cheese to your needs or provide training to ensure the cheese arrives at the table in a pristine, perfect condition.
Staff need training? We can provide training for your staff to ensure that the conversation they have with your customers is genuine and informative. Including, when a glass of champagne would work better with the cheese than white wine. Or the history of cheese or why the Italian hard cheese rind is different to English hard cheese. Rather than being a ‘cheese board” it becomes a star that augments the meal. We can supply labels, wax paper and boards to present the cheese.
We stock over 150 cheeses, some seasonal, which are available to you. We also stock supplies of Biscuits, Chutneys and Antipasti which are sourced to ensure they compliment the cheese rather than overpower it. Whilst we primarily source Artisan Cheese from across the UK, we have secured Artisan Cheeses from Spain, Italy, Norway, Holland and Greece. We are always hunting for new Artisans and want to help new Producers by bringing their products to your table.
