Product Description

Beaufort d’Ete AOC or summer Beaufort is a traditional cheese produced in the Savoie region of the French Alps. The paste is slightly yellow, the texture slightly sticky and buttery. The aromatic taste will remind you of the fresh milk flavours and white flowers from the mountains.
