Brindisa El Artesano Bittersweet Green Figs “Higos Agridulces” 

Enjoy Spanish pickled figs with hard cheeses like Manchego, or creamier, saltier cheeses such as those made from goat’s or sheep’s milk. The bittersweet figs are whole green figs from northern Spain pickled in sugar, vinegar and mustard giving them a balance of sweet and sour that’s similar to a chutney. The sticky figs also make a great accompaniment to cold meats, or even enjoy them straight out of the jar!
