Very few associate white wine with Bordeaux, but Initio’s Lot No. 101 is really creeping under the radar. Delightfully fresh, gastronomic and intense, this is perhaps one of the best Bordeaux blancs you will find for the money. Situated in the Entre-Deux-Mers, the clay based soils are a perfect match for the Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon blend, allowing for a balanced wine with incredible depth of flavour, sharing plenty of similarities with Sancerre or New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs.
