In the early 1980’s, a derelict farm outside Tobermory was transformed into a busy dairy, now famous for its Gold World Cheese Award Winning Isle of Mull Cheese. This mature cheddar, made with the raw milk of a single herd of grass and barley fed Friesian, Holstein and Brown Swiss cattle, has a distinctively salty flavour.

Island Bakery’s all butter biscuits have a melt-in-the-mouth texture, with a cheesy punch, and a subtle hint of onion and aromatic thyme. These rich and flavoursome biscuits will fit perfectly onto your cheeseboard.
