Lacrima Baccus Organic Brut Reserva Cava

A cracking little organic Cava from Catalunya, Spain; Lacrima Baccus have blended two grape varieties Parellada 45% and Macebeo 55% – to produce a classic Cava. An ideal combination of patisserie notes and vibrant  tropical fruit, it’s crisp and dry with good acidity, well balanced and structured with delicate bubbles and a creamy texture.
