This modern Scottish classic blue cheese is produced by cheesemaker Humprey Errington.

Lanark Blue is made with rich and complex raw ewes milk and integrated with a powerful blue veining. Savory tang characteristics with a soft brittle texture. Made seasonally from February to August. Sweet and fresh in the spring: strong and peppered by Christmas.

Carefully hand crafted and gently embraced within a natural rind. Exuding a velvet smoothness and creamy texture that pampers the senses. Hidden depths of botanical complexity are revealed.
