A stirking label and striking wine. The term “Metic” was used in Ancient Greece for a foreigner living in Athens that contributed to the cultural and economic life but did not have the same rights as a true citizen. This wine was inspired by famous song ‘Le Métèque’ by Georges Moustaki which led superstar winemaker Luca to call this wine Metic. A medium bodied and delectable example of pure Argentinian Cabernet Sauvignon. Notes of black forest gateau, blackcurrant liqour and savoury tobacco and scrumptious chocolate are noticeable among moorish tannins.
Pairs Perfectly with – Lincolnshire Poacher
