AOP Coteaux D’Aix en Provence Rosé – Cuvée Aromance – What more could you want from a Provence Rosé? Crisp, dry and utterly delicious. This rosé is made from equal amounts of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon and is the perfect wine for a bbq or summer picnic.
Domaine Fredavelle is a relatively new vineyard, established in 1999 by two friends. Now, they own 22 hectares of vines in the Coteaux D’Aix en Provence appellation and they have recently opened their wine tasting area with a gorgeous view over their vineyards.
Summary; Provence Rosé of outstanding quality. Very dry, very drinkable!
Cheese pairing; Young cheese like mozzarella.
