Tracklements Sticky Fig Relish 210g

Inspired by a relish Tracklements found in France, Tracklements make this by soaking plump figs in spiced vinegar before gently cooking them with rich, dark sugar. The result is at once tangy and sweet and superb with soft cheeses and is Vegan too.
