Witheridge in Hay

Witheridge in Hay has the strength of a mature cheddar, but the sweetness and umami notes of an Alpine cheese. It will hold its own on any cheese board. Made with organic milk from the farms own herd this delicious cheese is matured in hay giving it a sweet and delicate flavour.
