Snowdonia Truffle Trove

Truffle Trove is the latest addition to the increasingly popular Snowdonia Cheese Company’s range of delicious wax bound cheeses.  It blends the smooth and creaminess of Snowdonia’s cheddar with a rich infusion of a Italian Black Truffles giving the cheese an intensely earthy flavour.

Encased in pure white wax, the cheese has a distinctive aroma and is perfectly balanced with undertones of wild mushroom and hazelnut, leading to notes of garlic to delight and heighten the senses.
