Extrem’s Hand-Sliced Iberico Lomo is considered the most prized cured Spanish meat due to its intense flavouring. The pork loin is marinated with natural spices, before being cured for up to 5 months. This process produces impressive marbling and develops its distinctive deep red and orange colouring.
