Fruttibosco Baby Artichoke Hearts in Olive Oil
Fruttibosco Baby Artichoke Hearts in Olive Oil are a traditional artisan product from northern Italy. These artichoke hearts are hand cut and jarred in extra virgin olive oil and are ideal as an antipasti and any left over oil can be used as a salad dressing. Use to make a creamy spinach-artichoke dip or a crostini: toast bread, spread ricotta, top with artichokes, season with lemon zest and flaky salt or sauté in brown butter with capers and pour the mixture over pan-seared or baked fish.
